Gail Karuna Gail M. Karuna began her healing education at Mary Washington University, where she earned Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Women’s Studies. Unsatisfied with the approach of traditional Western Academia, she turned to the Columbines School of Botanical Studies to gain knowledge and training in the use of medicinal herbs and plants. Since completing her Herbal Apprenticeship Training there, she has also received certification in Core Synchronism Therapy (a form of osteopathic manipulation similar to CranioSacral Therapy) from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics. In addition to herbal medicinal and energy therapies, Gail also offers stress reduction training using the computer-based Biofeedback training system “the Journey to Wild Divine” and also using applied kinesthesiology methods.
